"Carolyn came highly recommended from a friend at work. As soon as we contacted her for the first time, she was quick to respond and set up a phone call to get to know us and what we were looking for. We started looking at homes right away. Carolyn was very organized, scheduling appointments for home viewings so that we could see a grouping of homes within a few hours time frame. This was very helpful as we were traveling from Burbank to look at houses in Santa Clarita. Carolyn presented us with a print out on each home for us to have, and was knowledgeable on each as we viewed the home. We really enjoyed meeting with her each time and looking at homes. We had our four year old son with us, who hit it off with Carolyn immediately. One thing we really appreciated was that after we saw a few houses and had conversations about them, Carolyn really honed in on our needs and wants. Not being from Santa Clarita, there were a lot of neighborhoods to choose from. Carolyn ultimately suggested the neighborhood that we bought in, and we absolutely love it. The home buying process is involved and there are a lot of steps, decisions to make and things to consider.
